Journey to Belize

I traveled to Belize to be a student of Dr Rosita Arvigo during a 4 day intensive Pregnancy & Postpartum course for professionals through the Abdominal therapy Collective. It was an enriching experience where I expanded my knowledge and tools to support the women continually knocking on my massage studio doors back home in Bellingham, WA— MAMAS!
